Customer Experience Representative


Our mission is to bring our clients the luxurious and affordable indulgences of the ancient spa experience, creating absolute bliss for them as they travel through our oasis. Our Customer Experience Representatives are the first point of contact our clients have with Spasation, and play a key role in representing our brand, and supporting our mission to provide a salon and spa experience that is unsurpassed.

Salon & Spa Overview:

With 7 locations in Edmonton Spasation Salon and Spa continues to grow and expand. Our salon & spas incorporate the indulgent atmosphere of the Roman era, with the luxurious construction of today, making our spa experiences affordable for all.  Our clients leave their world of everyday stress and enter a world of calm, a Spasation calm one that compares to the serenity of a tropical island. Our priority is to ensure that our clients are at peace once in our surroundings.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consistently offer exceptional customer service to all of our clients
  • Greet each person that enters our business in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Recommend and retail hair, nail, skincare and body, products to all of our customers
  • Rebook all clients leaving the salon or spa
  • Perform basic reception duties including answering phones, taking payments, booking appointment
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times
  • Actively participate in other areas of the salon and spa as needed

Must be eligible to work in Canada.
