With 7 locations in Edmonton Spasation Salon and Spa continues to grow and expand. Our salon & spas incorporate the indulgent atmosphere of the Roman era, with the luxurious construction of today, making our spa experiences affordable for all.  Our clients leave their world of everyday stress and enter a world of calm, a Spasation calm one that compares to the serenity of a tropical island. Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide superior service via phones, e-mails, faxes, and other communications methods
  • Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
  • Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
  • Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers
