FINAL SALE ITEMS
Membership, gift card, and items that were purchased at a discounted price are a final sale and are completely non-refundable, except where the item is damaged, defective, or not working properly. Shipping charges are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
All cosmetics, hairbrushes, cosmetic brushes, nail polish, nail care and skin care products are a final sale. No exchanges will be done on these items due to health reasons.
Spasation allows returns within a reasonable period of time. Hair products purchased online can be returned for an exchange or a store credit within 14 days in the following cases:
• The item was expired at the time of purchase
• The item was never used at all
• The product was dried out at the time of purchasing
• The item is damaged, defective, or not working properly
The original receipt and packing order will be required for any exchanges. Exchanges can be made in person at any Spasation location or sent back to Spasation’s head office.
All tools are covered under warranty with Spasation for 30 days from the date of purchase. After that period, the warranty will be through the manufacturer. All the necessary manufacturer warranty documents are included inside the product box. Spasation is not responsible for lost manufacturer warranty claim forms. Warranty details vary depending on manufacturer.
All prices listed on Spasation.com are in Canadian Dollars.
Spasation will use Canada Post Express for all deliveries. Order will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase. A flat rate of $10 will be charged for all orders less than Order will be delivered within 2-3 days of shipping. All gift cards, spa packages, and membership orders purchased online will be shipped and cannot be retained for pick up at any Spasation location.
Additional shipping costs may be incurred in rural, and international shipments, as well as to any location outside of Alberta. In such cases, Spasation will contact you prior to shipping. Other shipping methods may also be used.
